Norton Rose Fulbright has just released an excellent publication which summarizes the most significant labour and employment law cases decided in 2013, and also shines a light on what to expect in 2014.

The Employment and Labour Law Update: A Year in Review reviews several key labour and employment decisions from 2013, on subjects ranging from family status discrimination to mandatory retirement, employee privacy to unjust dismissal remedies, occupational health and safety to harassment. The update also discusses a number of labour and employment law cases that will be decided by the Supreme Court of Canada in 2014.
